Frequently Asked Questions
Only the included balls should be used. Other balls may damage the equipment.
When the net is new, the bounce may be strong and prevent the ball from returning. Try gently pulling the ball drop hole toward the ground a few times to loosen the net and make it return more easily.
The machine comes with two ball lanes, but when used with the auto-return net, only one ball lane should be used to avoid contact.
Yes, you can use the set outdoors, but the holes in the balls make them catch the wind easily, so avoid using it on windy days. Also, don’t use the set in the rain because water can damage both the net and the machine. To keep everything in good shape, it’s best not to leave the set outside all the time.
If it's your first time, assembly should take about 15–30 minutes. Once you get the hang of it, you can put it together in about 10 minutes.

Your toss machine has two ball lanes. When using the auto-return net, please attachonly onelane. Using two lanes will block the net and stop the ball from returning.
Sometimes, balls might get stuck behind the net. This is normal. The next strong hit will usually clear them out.
