We automatically send an order confirmation email after you place an order. If you haven't received it, it could be due to your email settings. Please check your order history in your account for confirmation details.
Unfortunately, coupons cannot be applied after an order is completed. Please save your coupon for your next purchase!
We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for pre-order, custom, or personalized items.
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order or custom items, the in-stock items will typically be shipped first. However, if everything can be shipped within 5 business days, we may ship them together.
Except during special wrapping promotions, we currently do not offer gift-wrapping services. We kindly ask that you prepare any wrapping yourself.
You will receive a tracking number in the shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please check your email for details.
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. For shipments to the USA, delivery can take 1-2 weeks (this is an estimate, not a guaranteed time). If your order hasn't arrived after the expected time, please check if you received the order confirmation email and use your tracking number to check the shipping status. If you still have concerns, feel free to contact us using your order number.
Products
Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your product as long as the item is unopened and in its original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you encounter any defects or damage, please contact us with details such as the product name (or item number), when you purchased it, how often it was used, and the specific issue. If possible, providing photos or videos will help us address the problem quickly.
