What should I do if the ball doesn't auto-return?

When the net is new, it may be too taut for the ball to return properly. The net will break in with use, allowing for a consistent auto-return.

Can I use other balls with this machine?

Please use only the dedicated balls included with the machine. Using other types of balls may cause damage to the product.

The machine's ball rail is hitting the net. What should I do?

The tossing machine comes with two ball rails. When using it with an auto-return net, please attach only one of the rails to prevent it from hitting the net.

Can I use this product outdoors?

Yes, but please be aware that the included practice balls are lightweight and can be affected by wind. Avoid using the product in the rain. To prevent damage from the elements, we do not recommend leaving the net or machine set up outdoors permanently.

How long does assembly take?

First-time assembly typically takes 15–30 minutes. Once you are familiar with the process, it can be assembled in about 10 minutes.

Your new net is tight, so balls may not return well at first. The net will loosen up as you use it, and the balls will start to return smoothly.
To make it easier to use,pull the net's ball drop hole firmly toward the ground about ten times. This helps loosen the net. The frame might bend a lot when you do this, but don't worry—it's very strong and made to handle it.

Your toss machine includes a ball rail. Please remove the ball rail completely when using the auto-return net. If the rail is left on, it will block the net and balls will not return.
