Shipping Areas

We deliver to all regions within the United States and Canada.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free within the United States.
For orders shipped to Canada, a flat shipping fee of US$20 per order will be applied at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Baseball gloves are shipped via FedEx. All other items are shipped via UPS.

Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed and shipped within two business days. Training gear is shipped from Los Angeles, while baseball gloves are exported from Japan. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for glove delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the FedEx or UPS website.

A Note on Customs and Import Duties

Because baseball gloves are shipped from Japan, they must go through U.S. or Canadian customs clearance depending on the destination. Please rest assured that we will handle all necessary procedures.

Training gear is shipped from the United States. Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees in accordance with Canadian regulations.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You can request to change or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 7 days of delivery. Please review our Return Policy for more information on eligibility and conditions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll take care of the issue promptly.
