Baseball Samurais, founded by Japan's Field Force, specializes in creating high-quality baseball training equipment and gloves. We oversee everything—from developing materials to logistics, delivering the final product, and aftercare—working with over 100 dedicated people to ensure a smooth process. Our mission is to collaborate with everyone involved to provide high-quality baseball gear that reflects our passion for the sport. We're proud to share our gear with players in the U.S., the heart of the sport.

What We Offer

Baseball is a complex and deeply personal sport. Every baseball player has unique needs, and that's why we develop around 70 new products each year, designed to tackle specific challenges. Our focus is on helping players improve with custom training tools made just for them.

We also offer gloves from the GLOM brand, which are crafted entirely by skilled Japanese artisans who understand the essence of baseball. We're proud to bring these premium gloves to players in the U.S., and we believe they are some of the best you'll ever use.

Our Team

Chairman Takashi Onuki, who lived in New York for five years, and President Naoki Yoshimura, a lifelong baseball fan and youth coach, lead our team. We’re divided into two departments: Sales Planning, which manages product development and exports, and Stadium Operations, which oversees activities at five baseball stadiums and connects directly with customers. No matter the role, our shared goal is helping players reach their full potential.
