Make sure the support pole is fully inserted. Improper installation may cause joint parts to crack or break.

When attaching the support pole to the home plate, align the hex-shaped bolt with the hex-shaped hole on the plate, then tighten securely using a wrench.

Always inspect the product for damage or loose parts before use.

Practice only after confirming that there are no people or obstacles nearby. Children must always use this product under adult supervision.

This product is designed for baseball training purposes only. Do not use it for any other purpose.

Do not use in strong winds or on unstable surfaces, as the unit may tip over.

Periodically check all bolts and connections for looseness.

When should I use the dummy ball, and when should I use the ball holder?

Use the dummy ball indoors, or anywhere you do not have room to hit a real ball. Use the ball holder outdoors, in a yard or another open space where the ball can fly safely. The ball holder feels closest to hitting a live pitch.
